I installed the free Yoast plugin for Google Analytics and plugged in my ID.

I saw a link in MSG (having searched there first) to a BlueHost blogwith tips on Google Analytics

That’s about the sum total of my knowledge of the subject!

Will the Yoast plugin put the ID in useful places for a Symbiostock site? If not, are there some tips or pointers as to where I can add Google’s tracking code so it does get to the right places?

Is there a better plugin to use?

Any other “best practices” suggestions from more experienced hands?

I used Google Analytics for WordPress plugin by the same guy that wrote Yoast. That makes sure that all the right pages have the right code. From what I remember, you have to prove the site is yours by uploading a file to the root area. Pretty easy to do with FTP.
