Filter the "Related products" photos and videos.

On my website https://myvideoimage.com I uploaded both videos (with the Video plugin) and photos. When I open a Woocommece product page, for example: https://myvideoimage.com/video-photos-stock/assicurazioni-generali-skyscraper-with-the-blue-sky-background-and-trees-with-green- leaves /

in the proposals of the “Related products” I find both photos and videos.

I would like only photos or only videos to appear according to the principle of similarity with the main product of the page (photos or videos).
I use the DIVI theme.
How can I do?

Hi there,

You would have to create custom code that would add a filter to the related products query within WooCommerce. This would then have to ensure the products that are selected have the video meta information in them.

Could you please give me an example of what you mean by “A custom code”.

I distinguished the video with a “Video” Brand and the photos with a “photo” Brand. In custom products they appear mixed.
