Eps and Jpg files won't be linked [resolved]

Hello,

I’m starting out with Symbiostock. Everything is going good so far except the issue I mentioned in the title:

When I’m uploading my files (either via the web uploader or with FTP) some vector+eps combos won’t be ‘linked’ and I only get a JPG file as a result

And another problem is metadata isn’t always fetched

Please help 🙂

Hi Tamas – are you uploading both files at the same time? Do you have them named correctly?

As for metadata, is this tied to the same issue or is it a separate issue?

I checked something like “read metadata from JPGs” and it is going good so far with 50 images

I will report back in a few days if the problem still occurs
