I’ve set up a contact form but I am not receiving emails. I can, however, see all the test messages I wrote, along with the originating email address, in the ‘Feedback’ section of my admin and I can also download this information as CSV.
As I have the info I need, and the email address to respond, does it actually matter if I can’t get emails or will this cause me another headache down the line? EG, will Paypal want to send me emails via the site, or will they just email me to my registered address in the usual way?
I read in one of the threads that someone didn’t bother with a contact form and simply posted his email address on the site, so I’m guessing (and hoping) that I can do without the full functionality?
