Are you letting the cron job process the order yourself? How are you getting the download link? Are you completing the order yourself or letting the processor do it?

Evriting works now perfect, I fil on this momen the site whit pictures. Now the Crownjob does his work automatic

Hey Evert,

As of 3.2 you need to download Symbiostock Pro and install that as well. Just get it by clicking on the ‘Shop’ button at the top.

And install it, and everything should be working again.

I downloaded the new pro and install with WP. Unfortunately, he is a new addition to the rotating symbio. The problem is that he does not update. Subsequently, the old deactivated and the new one activated . Unfortunately nothing, the site turned or not. Is there another update for update protecol

My answers to your questions:

1. Are you letting the cron job process the order yourself?

Yes, I think so

2. How are you getting the download link?

By email and after “some refreshing” I have it in the Checkout page too.

3. Are you completing the order yourself or letting the processor do it?

The orders appear as “Processing”, but they don’t seem to go through the completion process.

Here my parameters:

1. Auto-Complete Orders : Checked

2. Strip Metadata<span class=”ss_tooltip”> : Checked
</span>

3. Deliver media as ZIP files : Checked

Thanks! So that means that the processor is not creating the zip files for some reason. Can you try disabling the ZIP file option and see if the orders then get completed?
