download link leads to 404 page [resolved]

Hi there,

we have some trouble with the generated download links. After setting the order status on finished, the email with the download link will be generated and sent automaticalls. that works fine.
when I click on the download link inside the email, it ends up on the 404 page. f. i.

redirected to this page: https://www.domain.com/222-223-jpg
which shows the 404 error

I tried different settings, mod_xsendfile is not installed on the server.

I have no idea how to fix this problem -> I need some help. Thank you.

Hi Sandra – you cannot set the order status to finished yourself. You must always leave it in processing and let Symbiostock’s processor complete it. Symbiostock generates the download files in the background and they will not be prepared unless you let it do its job on its own.
