Do I need to attach model releases?

Hi, do I need to attach model release (somewhere) to images I’m going to sell on symbiostock and symzio?

Hi Milan

No – the question of model and property releases is totally up to you. You are responsible for either having them, or marking the image as editorial if you want to sell in that category. No-one is going to be checking, so make sure you are comfortable with what you are doing! There are some check boxes in the image edit area where you can check if model releases and property releases are available – like this one:

Yes – you are 100% responsible for the legality of your images. However, if you do mark as having a release and you are selling it on Symzio, that must be true otherwise you’re misrepresenting something to the entire community’s customers.
