Database of site crashed

I used the automatic repair and optimize function of WordPress, now it works again but I got this warning:

wp_posts: 3 clients are using or haven’t closed the table properly
wp_options: Table is marked as crashed
wp_postmeta: 5 clients are using or haven’t closed the table properly

Do I have to worry? Everything seems normal would it be better/safer to install my last back-up now before I continue to work on my site (planned to upgrade to newest Symbiostock soon)?
