Hey folks – while I’m asking other questions about my account, I’m finding that my Symbio Dashboard is responding EXCRUCIATINGLY slowly – is this normal? How do I fix this? My internet connection is strong and I’m not having problem accessing other sites. Please help, thanks!

The dashboard is WordPress, not Symbiostock. Symbiostock actually does very little within the dashboard in and of itself so it could be server resources dedicated to your account or your connection specifically to your own server.
WordPress uses a lot of resources, and as Chris pointed out, more and more as you add third party plugins.
