Ever since updating to pro the cron job does not run automatically when adding new media. I have to run it manually everytime. Anyone else? I am still not clear on what to do about lite and pro on at the same time. Is that correct? Should we not disable and delete lite if we are running pro?

You need both Lite and Pro running. If anyone else is experiencing this issue let us know. I am not. If you are experiencing it, it may relate to server restrictions, although I don’t see how upgrading to Pro would make any difference.
