cron job not working

The Cron job is not triggering the Symbiostock plugin, server logs show that the cron job is running
manually running the process works ok, and the server admins cant find anything wrong
manually i get this
Memory at Start: 60M Load at Start: 1M 1 new/updated images/videos parsed 0 thumbnails re/generated Memory at End: 61M
Memory Peak: 62M Load at End: 0M

anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this

Hi Bob – have you tried using a third party service? Please try disabling it from your system and using these guys:

https://cron-job.org/en/

The issue should not persist.
