I’ve tried to keep the list up to date at http://cascoly.com/symbio/progress.asp
please let me know if some of these have been fixed, or if i’m missing any
January 23, 2014 at 2:33 am #8692I don’t see these on the list:
1. Price calculations go wrong and revert to 0 if you have an extra-price option that takes the combined total over $999.99. You can have larger prices than that, but it’s the add on (such as for an extended license) bringing the total over that that shows the bug. It was another site owner who reported this (in a now gone thread and I don’t remember who it was) but I was able to duplicate the problem on my own site with some temporary license price hikes. I think that was with 2.9.7
2. If you have multiple licenses, there is some very irritating UI if you try to select things in the “wrong” order. Use this image to see the problem
http://www.digitalbristles.com/image/lounge-chairs-yellow-umbrellas-grace-bay-beach/
Select a license radio button. You get an error message saying you have to select a size first. Click OK to dismiss the dialog. The license remains selected.
Click a size and the license gets unselected so you have to select it again and then you get a price shown and can add this to your cart.
Too many clicks and an unnecessary error. You can’t add to cart without selecting both, but let the user click in whatever order they want to
3. You’ll notice that image has no default license set (because I couldn’t get it to work at the time I added those licenses). We need to have a default and for that to be something you can set for all new uploads – it makes no sense to have no license selected when the page loads. I guess I’m saying that even if the site owner makes no choice here, the first one in the list should be selected.
January 23, 2014 at 10:51 pm #8693ok, I think I have all the latest reports entered — please let me know if I’ve missed any, or if any of the items have been resolved
January 24, 2014 at 11:14 am #8694Could you add to the list – vertical images are being cropped to a square on the collections page, thanks very much

Thats intentional – the system will be changed soon anyway …to allow a pop-up of all minipics instead of cramming into one page..
January 24, 2014 at 11:57 pm #869637 and 38 — I don’t see this happening at all…in the months I’ve searched and re-searched it, I don’t see those two items occuring.
Are you using a current version of wordpress?
January 24, 2014 at 11:58 pm #86978 is complete… why is it still listed?

mostly because it wasn’t listd as fixed and no one reported it — gone now

i’m on an older WP now, but it was happening when my wp version was current — I haven’t tested again since it’s messy to fix afterwards
I’ve dropped it to lw priority and will try to test again when I get back home fr awhile at end of feb

January 25, 2014 at 6:22 am #8702Having two threads is confusing — I think this is just for cascoly to update his bug list.
You’d want to check this out tonight: viewtopic.php?f=33&t=1026&start=30
January 25, 2014 at 12:04 pm #8703I have locked this one so Cascoly (and other Mods) can add to it so it does not get too confusing
