I downloaded Symbiostock Lite in WP, and also downloaded the WooCommerce. I was prompted to upgrade for free to the PRO version. The pro version, instead of updating my WordPress version, downloaded the PRO version onto my computer.
I’m not very savvy with this whole plugin thing. If I can’t figure out how to upgrade from Lite to Pro in WP, I’m going to have to delete the program. I wanted to sell from my website, and this process has taken over an hour of my time, and seems very user unfriendly.
Hi there – once Pro is downloaded, just go to the add new plugin page just as you did for lite and look for the ‘upload’ link. Then just upload pro and it will auto install. Then just activate and you’re good to go.
