When I add a product and add licence variations and use the save button below the licence info is saved and can be seen on the front end. However when I make an edit to say the products description and use the page Update button, the licence info I added is removed.
Is this a bug or is there a setting I have missed?
Hi Greg – licensing works generally through using the filters on the license edit page. Then they are added or removed automatically when you edit a product. Usually we do not manually add or remove licenses. I would suggest you try doing that. You can disable this functionality on a license basis by disabling auto filtering on it.
This will also solve the pricing issue you mentioned in the other thread.
