Thank you for connecting to our real-time hosting and server support chat! Please be aware that I am working with multiple clients, so my responses may be slightly delayed.

The server that your site is hosted on, is currently experiencing technical difficulties. Our admins are aware of the situation, and are working towards a resolution right now. We will have it running at optimum levels as soon as possible. We do not currently have an ETA on the resolution, but it should be up very soon. We apologize for the inconvenience this may be causing you. The admins are just rebooting the server now, and removing the users that caused the performance issues on the server, and we look forward to having the box online as soon as possible, usually within the next 15-30 minutes depending on the size of the sites on the server.
You can follow server updates here if you wish, just put in your domain name and refresh the page – https://www.bluehost.com/cgi/serverstatus
