I specialize in “shooting” wild birds and beasts in their native habitats and in natural light. The thrill of the non-lethal hunt is what I most love about wildlife photography, and over thirty years I’ve done a lot of it. Published a lot of it, too, in National Geographic’s Birds of North America, Encyclopedia Britannica Online, Birder’s World, Chicago Wilderness Magazine, and dozens of other publications.

So if you’re hunting for great images of natural subjects, this is the place to be. You’ll also find photos of important historical sites in the southwest.
As the title promises, I offer only my best stock images here… modestly priced from $2.50 for a blog-sized image to $25 for a large, high-res one.
