Appearance: Initial Menu Setup help required

Hi, I am new at symbiostock. I struggle with the menu’s. I have tried the tutorial over and over again, bot I can’t remove the long list of links from the header/Navigation Bar. I hope you can help me?

Especially if you’re not all that familiar with WordPress – I wasn’t – the first few days can be a little overwhelming, but it will get much easier once you find your way around.

And then you’ll not only have your site up and running but you’ll be a WordPress expert to boot 🙂

There’s a fair bit of general WordPress help online – I found so many answers by just typing a problem into a Google search and finding many others had run into something similar. And don’t forget to click on the Wiki above for various how-to posts

I can not get the menu to change no matter what I do. Is there a way to alter that stock menu and show the stuff I want in it? I tried setting up a new menu but it just does not seem to change.
