This topic is about search and have another 3 questions:
1. How do I add in search results header “Showing 1–xx of xxx results” ?
2. How do I add the Sorting button?
3. How do I change the number of results/page?
All of this work on Shop or Categories pages but not on search results. I have set the number of results 40 but only works on Shop and Categories. On Search results I have 20.

I have found the answer to No 3 : Settings – Reading – Blog pages show at most xx posts.
Can anyone help me with no 1 and 2?

About your questions no.1 & 2, you can see the numbers of search result in header and the sorting button when you use the Primary Menu Search Bar. Custom search bar and widget search bar don’t have that options I think.
It doesnt work for any of the searches.
