Upgraded to 2.9.2 and now my home page won’t open
http://softlightstock.comIt wants to redirect to http://softlightstock.com/index.php
(i don’t believe it did this before the upgrade)All the other pages of my site will open
i.e. http://softlightstock.com/contact-us/
From there you can navigate to any other page except the home page.Don’t know where or how to fix this.
Thanks
Steveoops
Now I really broke it
Can’t get into my Dashboard.Steve

I ran into issues after running the process once..
I repeated the upgrade process, in case I missed something.. The second time it worked well.. I have no idea why it wasn’t ok the first time around..
simply de-activating and re-activating the themes could solve any issues.. I am not sure.. you may only try it..
October 24, 2013 at 2:07 pm #5919Home page is now back up @ http://softlightstock.com/home-2/

Admin -> Bee -> Settings : You now have an option to turn off Symbiostock customizer. Here is Dash-photo: http://www.dashphoto.eu/ — he is still getting converted over, but you can see it looks much nicer when the customizer isn’t over-riding colors and positions, things look good 😀
So I’ve updated and things seem to be OK (after I restored some of my customizations) – where OK means back to where I was yesterday. Search results are displayed as expected (i.e. not the single stack described above).
But I did look at Dash-photo and it’s a mess – after the thumbs up top, there’s a long column of images stacked down the left side and some text that isn’t formatted properly
October 24, 2013 at 4:15 pm #5921Updated from 2.9.0 to 2.9.2, so far only a couple of problems:
1. Site very very slow. Blue Host does not appear to be throttling it, seems to be a server issue.
2. When I update I get two or three emails that look like this:
Not a big issue, I can figure out what they are telling me.
3. Registering as a new client worked fine. Both the new user and myself got an email notification.October 24, 2013 at 4:26 pm #6004POint 2 is just a notification email that you upgraded, I think you can ignore that.
October 24, 2013 at 4:39 pm #5922Just got home and to my emails and stuff now. I managed to update with no side effects (other than a little excitement) and everything appears to be functioning as expected. Registration works smoothly and got the email instantly with my chosen sign up details/password.

I got it immediately. I checked the sign up email address as soon as I finished signing up and it was there. The email runs on Gmail.

I guess it’s the same problem as on my site … all featured images are displayed one below the other. I couldn’t manage to change that.

I created one more account now and received the email.. I also received previous emails that I didn’t receive earlier..
It’s been hours.. this shows us how wise it was to let the customers set their passwords on sign up..
And some bad news: registration does not work on “safari”, “firefox” and “opera” browsers..
It works perfectly fine on chrome and IE browsers..
Did you guys check safari, firefox and opera?
