Symbiostock and WooCommerce are fully enabled to work with whatever your needs are in regards to currencies and charging taxes.
To start with, navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > General.
Here you can setup your location, currencies, even the way the currencies are displayed.
Next move to the Tax tab – here you can setup the detailed way in which you collect taxes. You can have set rates per country, per state, reduced rates and more.
If you require VAT support, you can find or purchase premium plugins for your standalone install to support those requirements.
