How to Add More CTA on Generated Home Page

Trouble finding the files I need to modify. It’s pretty basic. I just want to have the option to later add more CTA cells to the 3 currently displayed on the Generated Home Page. Assuming all I need to do is find all files (including those related to admin dashboard files) and create a 4, 5 & 6 version. I can’t seem to locate anything that relates to the below found in page-home0.php

I want to create 3 more versions such as ss_cta_four_icon … and so on. And be able to customize those as normal under Appearance > Home Page
