Hello, I have a strange issue on my site. I cannot see anymore big previews of photos when I put the mouse on the thumbnail. It works only for the Sys Xtra thumbnails, not works for categories and Featured images. Do you have a clue why?
……… because it only works for the images SyXtra thumbails as it is part of that plugin. It never did work for the Symbiostock thumbnails.

http://nail-art-at.kerioak.com - Art and Nail ArtThat is correct. It does only work with galleries generated by the SYXtra plugin. Make sure you create the galleries using the SYXtra widgets so you get the popup. The code works together but not separately.

Thank you Jo, I understand, means the images in the Browse image page will not have the bigger preview unless you not click on +

Ok 🙂I use a “Random” and “Latest” photo gallery on my site but I disabled the big image popup. I don’t like it personally. Maybe you can set a gallery up with SYXtra but use the SS featured images as a parameter? In other words, use the “SYXtra Thumbnails” widget but select “Symbiostock Featured Images” under category. See if that works for you.

Yes, I think it works, but I don’t know how to write the short code for image category in order to insert it in the content of the home page.
This needs to be created by Leo for Symbiostock. I really hope this gets added at some point. I dont want to use sysxtra since its an unsupported plugin, Plrang has not checked in for a few months and that plugin is a risk now.

Sorry I should have mentioned that you can use “amr shortcode any widget” to insert the gallery into a page. 😀

Did it, but I get all images of gallery on vertical, instead to get them on horizontal. I’m afraid this is default for SYSxtra Thumbnails in Above Content Side. I don’t think I can do something to make them stand horizontal.
That I don’t know I’m afraid. I “think” I don’t have that problem because I ticked square thumbs… somewhere in the settings if I recall.

Ok, if I thick squares is working horizontally. Now, what do you say? What do you like more? Symbiostock default or Sysxtra if I cancel the title? I think Symbiostock is coming better because is showing entire picture. Square is nont so nice….
I like the square thumbs because it is more uniform. I also don’t like the mix of upright and horizontal thumbs. I don’t mind the thumbs being cut a little personally. To me they are just a teaser.
