Hello,
I would like to introduce you to my symbiostock website – http://AnsharImages.com!
I love to shoot travel images – cityscapes, landscapes, architecture and historical landmarks.
Also I have a big passion for night illuminated cities and slow shutter speed pictures:)
So far I have about 2000 images and I am looking forward to extend my collection. Please add me to the list on http://symbiostock.info/.
Also I’d be very happy if you add me to your network.PS: Special thanks to Leo for his development efforts and to Ron from http://semmickphoto.com (I borrowed some licensing texts from his website).
October 27, 2013 at 4:28 pm #6351Beautiful! Best of luck!
October 27, 2013 at 4:38 pm #6352Welcome 🙂
I tried to add your site to sy.info, but your symbiocard and image info files are missing. They should be placed in main folder:
ansharimages.com/symbiocard.csv and ansharimages.com/symbiostock_image_info.csv.October 27, 2013 at 6:46 pm #6353Hi Ajt,
These files are located in http:/ansharimages.com/store/ directory, where my WordPress installed.
Should I copy them to the root, or make redirection for them in .htaccess?October 27, 2013 at 6:56 pm #6354ok, I’ve added you to the global search at http://symbiostock-search.com
You can find other sites by specialty at
http://cascoly.com/symbio/list.asp?list=72 also other reports about all network sitesyou don’t need to move anything — once I used http://ansharimages.com/store the collection worked fine. we just need to know that the install is below the root since otherwise we’d be looking for
http://ansharimages.com/symbiocard.xml
rather than
http://ansharimages.com/store/symbiocard.xmlOctober 27, 2013 at 7:02 pm #6355@ansharimages wrote:

I could add your site now to sy.info, but it would be visible there under its true address with /store.
Also other symbiostockers wanting to network to your site, have to use real address.
If you want without store, try redirection (I am not sure about networking, but let’s try).October 27, 2013 at 8:19 pm #6356Ajt, Cascoly,
I have made complete redirection for all files for my root directory http://AnsharImages.com.
Please try to add it again to http://symbiostock.info and other resources.PS: Please do not use /store subdirectory, all files should be visible as if located in root.

I’ve made redirection for all files to my root http://AnsharImages.com.
Can you please remove /store path and list me as http://AnsharImages.com ?October 27, 2013 at 9:02 pm #6358It is working now, but as I suspected, it has problems with networking, because symbiocard still contains address with /store. After adding your site to network, its address is changed to ansharimages.com/store and header above network results is missing.
I remember, that some people had wp install in subdirectories and Leo helped them to resolve problems, but I don’t know how 🙂
October 27, 2013 at 9:28 pm #6359Your nighttime images are truly beautiful, Anshar. (Is that your name?) So glad to have you with us!
October 27, 2013 at 9:40 pm #6360Yes, great images indeed! I’ve just added you to my list of networks. I may be able to fill some gaps in your offerings of landmarks with my USA images.

no problem installing in subdir (my site runs from /pix )- nothing special needs to be done. but you need to use the subdir in the site name as we see here, since redirect isn’t always consistent

Cascoly,
Setting up Worpress to subdirectory /store was my initial mistake. I thought it is more or less standard setup for Worpress when you installing in subfolder but use it in website root path. If I knew about subsequent problems, I’d choose installing to the root initially. I do want to have symbiostock in the root, not in the subdirectory.
The question – is it possible to fix somehow?
