PHP 5.3 SingleYes I think It has probably to do with the host I’m using for this site had a lot of problems in the past, I think I will switch now my host and will see if the problems persist. I had this problem in the past did make a fresh new install and it was gone till I updated to WP 3.7.

BTW, your other site is using German version of WP. Read this thread:

SOLVED:
For all others especially German users:You can install the German WordPress version but you must set the language in the wp-config.php to en_EN
it should read:
define(‘WPLANG’, ‘en_EN’);
