I can upload images via the browser without any issues, but I’m struggling to use the FTP – I can see them in the specified folder on the server, (uploads/ss_media/new/) but they are nowhere to be found on WordPress, what have I missed?!
Are you using Symbiostock Pro? Are you running the processor? Do you see the files you upload in the browser show up in the directory you mentioned? The browser upload simply puts files in that same directory, so it should make no difference at all. Most likely you are uploading to a different folder via FTP.
