Tagged: invalid license bundle deal
I purchased, downloaded and installed the 149.00 bundle deal and I get an invalid license error. I sent three support requests but so far I got no response. What to do?

Hi David – we have not received any support requests from you – can you share how you went about sending us one?
As for the invalid license error, some customers are reporting seeing this – we will look into it and get back to you. Until then, please do not worry as the plugin will continue to function even with that error, it is just that updates will not work yet.

Thanks for the response. I had logged in and gone to https://www.symbiostock.org/support/ and sent in requests for help with the transaction details in the Task Details window and pressed “Submit Task”. This morning, when I logged in, all the red flags had cleared so thanks much. This is what I am seeing now: https://prnt.sc/sa6bvt I don’t see “control panel login”. I’m not sure what that is. Please let me know.

I haven’t heard back from you. Can you tell me how to proceed? The invalid flags are gone but the license counts are all zero. What to do?

I’m not sure what you mean by license count is 0? Your interface looks totally fine. Just start uploading files using the 3 minute guide provided:

And you should be good to go.
