Is there a way I can change that string to a more user friendly name, e.g. Download?

A woman asked for it, and it was solved. The button text became “download”

I cannot recall exactly, but if you can find it I can give you feedback on it. At the current time, I can’t think of an easy way to do it without coding a solution yourself.
