Hi,
my symbiostock website is no longer processing videos and vector files when I put them as usually on the ftp server (public_html/shop/wp-content/uploads/ss_media/new/).
Imagick extension and exec function are enabled.
I did nothing before that issue except that I have upgraded my hosting plan (with Inmotion agency)
Could it be possible that it has caused some issue ?
How to resolve this ?

I have set my ftp folder upload on ‘/home/vector34/public_html/shop/wp-content/uploads/ss_media/new/’ like asked in symbiostock system, but when I go to the file manager in cPanel there is nothing in this folder…It works!!! Thank you very much I made a mistake in the ftp address filling.
But still I have a problem with metadata of videos which are not read (as it still works fine for vectors) and despite the fact that the ‘exec’ function is enabled in the symbiostock system settings… Any clue ?
