Hi – I am in testing phases of my digital downloads. My husband is the testee. After purchase and purchase is completed and all receipts have been sent, he is not finding the file in the downloads section? Not sure what I’m doing wrong. The website is http://www.tintedvintageiowa.com digital downloads… only one file. Please assist.
Hi there – are you using Symbiostock Lite or Pro? If Pro, do you have the processor running via the cron job? Are you ensuring you are not completing the order manually and instead putting it in the processing status?
