how to change look of the site?

I still can’t figure out how to remove those link at the right top corner..anyone can give more instructions?

I only click ‘header menu’ so i don’t think it is those link that is at the top right corner.

I would like to remove them or put them at the bottom of page. Should I create a new page for the Homepage?

Kind of clueless where to start, i try to google how to edit a look of wordpress page but maybe it is too general and can’t get any results.
