    Hi,

    I tested to purchase both free and with a price images. I still could not receive the download email.

    I even installed the older version of Woocommerce, version 2.7.0.

    Hi there – please post a screenshot of your Symbiostock diagnostics and also let us know if you have the processor running in your system’s cron. The woocommerce version you mentioned is the incorrect version.

    Also ensure that you have upgraded Symbiostock to the latest version in your WordPress plugins page.

    Yes, I believe both Symbiostock plugins Lite and Pro are latest (Version 3.3.0 and Version 4.0.0 respectively)

    Hi Jeffrey – and the processor? Is it running via your system’s cron job?
