Hello,
the generated/process file for download (.zip & .jpg) in folder /_sz/temp disappear every 2 hours or so.
Somme one had same problem? or have any idea why?

Hi there – files are supposed to be purged from that location periodically as you stated. The download URL should never be used directly and this is why it is removed. Every time you click on your download link a new copy is created that will only last 2 hours.
Ok i understand but the issue is when i click the download link the new file is not created, they are created only when i process the order.
