Hi Robin,
it seems that the preview image of videos in symzio is different from an agency modus. Fotolia and shutterstock gets an image in second 4. Symzio took the 6th second from a 15 sec clip. Is this a percentage value?
In my case i have some empty previews like http://www.symzio.com/stock-video-footage/percent-sale-footage-6
